Nottingham director of rugby Glenn Delaney was pleased to see his side secure their first win of the season against Plymouth Albion on Sunday.

Tries from David Jackson, Tim Taylor, Luke Sherriff, Nic Rouse and Lee Morley eased Nottingham to a 43-19 victory.

"We ground them down up front. We were dominant in the scrum and line-out," he told BBC Radio Nottingham.

"When you put it all together it drains the life out of a team. They weren't a poor side but we got on top of them."
