Mensah-Coker (left) and Palu are the latest additions to the Plymouth squad |
Plymouth Albion director of rugby Graham Dawe says he hopes his new-look squad will gel together quickly. Dawe has brought in 15 new faces, with Tongan scrum-half David Palu and Canadian winger Justin Mensah-Coker the latest to join the National One squad. "Blending doesn't happen overnight, but we must get it right as early as the first game," he said. "Our new signings are settling in well. I'm looking for big things from Justin Mensah-Coker and David Palu." Dawe added: "It makes a change to put the focus on the backs as opposed to the forwards. "I'm looking for our backs to break the line and finish off the good work created by the big men."
