Plymouth Albion have made London Welsh scrum-half Greg Nicholls their seventh signing of the summer.

Nicholls, 24, joined the Exiles a year ago, making 24 appearances as they finished seventh in National One.

The former England Under-19 man played for Bristol in the Premiership and National One for five years.

He is the latest player to commit to Brickfields, following the likes of Stourbridge full-back Tom Jarvis and former captain Danny Thomas.
