Stourbridge give clubs cash boost

Stourbridge have donated 2,000 to assist rugby clubs affected by last summer's severe floods.

Half of the money raised is going to Tewkesbury who had two club members, Bram and Chris Lane, die during the clean-up operation last year.

The money was raised at Stourbridge's summer ball in May and is being distributed by North Midlands RFU.

Among the other flood-hit clubs to benefit from the gesture are Pershore, Evesham and Tenbury Wells.
