The Cornish Pirates wound up their National One programme at Camborne, with a home defeat by the Welsh Exiles.

Early tries from wing Vunga Lilo and scrum-half Jimmy Moore saw the Pirates accumulate 13 points.

But Welsh stunned them with four tries before the interval to lead 28-13 and the Pirates only response was an Iva Motusaga score.

They finished in fifth place in National One despite Doncaster losing at home to Exeter Chiefs.
