Hewitt gets Pirates job full-time
Mark Hewitt
Hewitt has signed a two year deal with Cornish Pirates
Cornish Pirates have appointed Mark Hewitt as their coach on a full-time basis after a spell as caretaker boss.

The club's former forwards coach had been in temporary charge since January after Jim McKay resigned.

The decision was announced at the Pirates AGM on Monday where it was revealed that Hewitt has signed a two-year deal.

Since Hewitt took over as Pirates coach his side have lost just one match, 39-29 to Exeter on 26 January.
