Scotland wing Nikki Walker is eager to face his Ospreys team-mates |
Wales will start against Scotland an Osprey light from the 13 who took the field in last week's win over England. But the Liberty Stadium contingent that starts in Cardiff on Saturday will still be a baker's dozen, with Nikki Walker on the wing for Scotland.
Wales full-back Lee Byrne says his Ospreys team-mate is a threat for how he plays and what he knows about Wales.
"He knows our blitz defence - does it himself every week - so he'll know things to combat that," Byrne said.
"I thought he did well for Scotland against France, he was one of the stars for them but hopefully we can keep him quiet this weekend.
"He's bigger than me but hopefully I can put him down if I have to and we've got a few things up our sleeve as well," Byrne added, speaking to Scrum V on the Radio.
While Wales were laying their 20-year Twickenham hoodoo to rest with a 26-19 win on the opening weekend, Scotland were losing 26-7 at home to France.

But Walker says Scotland are determined to show they are better than their Murrayfield performance suggested, even if it comes at the expense of his regional colleagues.
"It'll be a strange feeling playing against my team-mates and friends, but I'm really looking forward to it," Walker said.
"Playing in the Millennium Stadium against Wales there'll be a lot of passion and the atmosphere will be awesome.
"It's one I've been looking forward to for a while."
As his Ospreys team-mate Byrne suspects, Walker will put his inside knowledge at the disposal of Scotland coach Frank Hadden.
"My brain will be picked a little bit on Wales' rush defence," Walker added.
"With the Ospreys doing it as well I'm sure Frank will be asking me questions on what moves we can pull out to try and break down their defence.
"But the Edinburgh and Glasgow boys have played against Ospreys a lot of times, so I'm sure they've got some ideas as well!"
