Henderson featured in Scotland's defeat by France |
Scotland's Andy Henderson has described his clash with French centre Damien Traille in Sunday's Six Nations defeat at Murrayfield as "unfortunate". The Scottish centre appeared to headbutt his opposite number.
"After the try, he came at me and we became involved in a bit of a tussle and the referee penalised me," Henderson told BBC Sport.
Asked if he had regrets, he said: "I regret giving away a penalty, it was a crucial time, so it was unfortunate."
Henderson has been named in Frank Hadden's side to face Wales on Saturday and says Scotland need to be confident for the match at the Millennium Stadium.

"When you come off a loss, you're under more pressure and there's a lot of negative stuff going on outside the camp," Henderson said.
"We need to be a bit tighter and re-group and hope to win the game.
"We've always got a point to prove and we wanted to get off to a good start with the first game, but that hasn't happened, so we have to look to the Wales game to take something from the championship.
"We know how difficult it will be going to Cardiff against a Welsh team that's come off a good win and will have a lot of confidence.
"It'll be a tough challenge, but we'll look forward to it and give it our all."
