Kelleher will join Toulouse after the World Cup |
New Zealand scrum-half Byron Kelleher has signed a two-year deal with Toulouse with an option on a third season, according to the French club. The 30-year-old, who has won 49 caps, was set to sign for Agen until they were relegated this season.
Kelleher, who will join Toulouse after the World Cup, is the latest All Black to head to the northern hemisphere.
Chris Jack, Carl Hayman and Aaron Mauger have signed for Saracens, Newcastle and Leicester respectively.
Other high-profile All Blacks linked with a move to Europe after the World Cup include Luke McAlister, Rico Gear, Ma'a Nonu, Anton Oliver and Doug Howlett.
The exodus is because the New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) cannot match the money on offer at English and French clubs.
But under NZRU rules players must play in New Zealand to be eligible for All Blacks selection.
The World Cup runs from 7 September to 20 October in France, Wales and Scotland.
