Jack won 57 caps for the All Blacks |
New Zealand lock Chris Jack is to retire from international rugby and will play for Saracens next season. Jack, who said he was quitting the All Blacks to move to England with his family, has signed a deal until 2010.
The 28-year-old, who has played for Super 14 side Canterbury Crusaders since 1999, has 57 New Zealand caps.
"Heading over to England will give us the opportunity to experience something different, both in a rugby sense, but also in lifestyle," he said.
Saracens director of rugby Alan Gaffney said: "We have signed a world-class player in the prime of his career.

"Chris is one of the best players in his position in the world and is an integral part of the All Blacks side which has led the way in world rugby in recent seasons.
"He is an outstanding player."
Jack is the latest high-profile All Black to join an English side, following hot on the heels of prop Carl Hayman, who has sealed a move to Newcastle Falcons.
