Launceston's Tom Rawlings banned for four weeks

Launceston captain Tom Rawlings has been suspended for four weeks by the Rugby Football Union.

Rawlings was charged with and found guilty of a stamping offence at a disciplinary hearing in Taunton on Monday evening.

The incident occurred in Launceston's match against Blaydon on 26 March, external at Polson Bridge.

Launceston were relegated from National One on Saturday following their 40-31 home defeat against Blackheath.
