Brett Hodgson confident Warrington are back on form
Hodgson has scored 45 goals in nine appearances for the Wolves
Warrington full-back Brett Hodgson says his team are re-building their form after struggling in recent weeks.
Following two defeats to Catalans and Huddersfield, the Wolves recorded a 64-6 win over Crusaders on Sunday.
"I think the mentality of our side has been struggling in the last two weeks," Hodgson, 33, told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"We've been trying to win games early instead of building a game. But last week we had to get in a good field position and the points came late."
Warrington are fourth in Super League, two points behind leaders Huddersfield, who have 16 points after 10 games.
The Wolves, just like every other side in the league, have two fixtures over the Easter weekend, with Tony Smith's team away to Salford on Good Friday and at home to Hull on Easter Monday.
Hodgson says the short recovery between games will test every player in the league.
"I love playing over the Easter period and I think it's a wonderful concept," Hodgson continued.
"The beauty of it is it evens out the sides over the 72-hour period. The better sides, if they're not up to their potential, could get bitten on the Monday - it's going to be exciting."
