 Briers has said he will finish his career at Warrington |
Veteran stand-off Lee Briers has signed a one-year contract extension to keep him at Warrington until November 2012. The 32-year-old is the Wolves' longest-serving player, having arrived at the club from St Helens in 1997. The Great Britain and Wales international has made 346 appearances for Warrington, scoring 126 tries, 876 goals and 65 drop-goals. He also won the Lance Todd Trophy for his performance in the 2010 Challenge Cup final victory over Leeds.
