Chris Riley began last season in style, running in five tries against Harlequins |
Chris Riley has signed a new two-year contract extension with Warrington which ties him to the Halliwell Jones Stadium until 2013. The 22-year-old winger ran in 25 tries for the Wolves last season - a club record in the Super League era. That was not enough to earn him a place on the plane down under for the current Four Nations, despite being part of England's training squad. But it has earned him a new, improved deal with the Challenge Cup winners. "It was an easy decision to make to extend my contract," said Riley, one of just two Warrington players to feature in every game in 2010. "It would be great to be a one-club man as my heart's here. "The club is on the up and I want to part of any success here at Warrington over the next couple of years." Riley, who made his debut in 2005, has now run in 51 tries in 84 Super League appearances.
