Sculthorpe played for Wigan and Castleford before joining Trinity |
Wakefield Trinity's new signing Danny Sculthorpe has been ruled out until March after damaging ankle ligaments. The former Wigan and Castleford prop suffered the injury in the Wildcats' first session at their warm-weather training camp in Torremolinos, Spain.
The 27-year-old, who has just returned to action after shoulder surgery, is back home and will see a specialist on Monday once the swelling has gone down.
"It's hard for Danny but these things happen," said coach John Kear.
