Meli scored two tries in the 32-18 win over Harlequins last Sunday
St Helens winger Francis Meli has said he has not decided if he will stay at the club for another season.
The Samoan, 31, joined Saints in 2006 and his contract is coming to an end.
"There's always a possibility [I could stay] but at the end of the day I've got to make up my mind," Meli told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"I don't really know were I'm at and I've got to weigh up my options and see what I want. If Saints come in, I'd be happy to stay another year."
He added: "I've really enjoyed myself and Saints have been really good. In four years here I've won a lot of things and played with a lot of good players.
"Watching the young boys coming up as well is good to see. I think the club is in a good balance.
"But if I did stay, it would complete my time at Saints."
St Helens travel to Wakefield on Sunday sitting third in Super League, six points behind leaders and local rivals Wigan, and Meli wants his side to build on their 32-18 victory over Harlequins last week.
"It's always a hard game," Meli continued. "It's important for us to go there [and win] because we're trying to build for the next few games.
"It's important for us to play well and it's going to be hard at Wakefield. They got battered last weekend and they've got something to prove to their fans."
