Saints legends turn out for Long
Sean Long
Long joined St Helens in 1997 from Widnes
Former St Helens players Chris Joynt, Tommy Martyn and Paul Newlove will come out of retirement to play in Sean Long's testimonial match.

Leigh provide the opposition at Knowsley Road on Friday, 19 January, while new signing Matt Gidley will make his first Saints appearance.

"It should be a great night," said Long, who joined St Helens in 1997.

"We are putting a full team out and Joynt, Newlove and Martyn will come on for the final 15 minutes or so."
