McRae's team next play in the Super League at Hull FC on 19 June |
Salford City Reds coach Sean McRae has granted his players a mid-season break as the Reds reach the 22-game mark for the year. McRae told BBC Radio Manchester: "They've probably earned it as we've played a lot of games already. "It's a good time for us to let everyone go away and spend some time with their family." To date, the Reds have completed 15 Super League matches plus three cup ties and four pre-season encounters. "Maybe they'll have a little trip somewhere, do what they need to do and just recuperate and recharge the batteries," McRae added. "It's not only the physical rest, it's the emotional side of the business as well."
