Dorn has made 62 appearances during his second spell at Quins |
Half-back Luke Dorn has signed a new three-year deal with Harlequins. Dorn, 28, who is in his second spell at The Stoop, ended this season's campaign as Quins' top-scorer with 18 tries in 19 appearances. "I am very proud to play for Harlequins even though the club have been through some difficult times," Dorn told the club's website. "I have shown my commitment because I believe we can take the club where it deserves to be." Australian Dorn originally signed for London Broncos in November 2004 from Sydney Roosters and scored 24 tries in his maiden Super League season. He then joined Salford City Reds in 2007 but left for Castleford Tigers after just one season. | 606: DEBATE |
Dorn was the Tigers' leading try-scorer for the 2008 season but left Yorkshire for his second spell in London the following year. Harlequins acting head coach Rob Powell added: "To have a player of Luke's talent is testament to the club's desire for success. "Luke is one of the most exciting players to watch in the game, his track record of scoring tries demonstrates that."
