Harlequins have signed Scottish international centre Mick Nanyn on a one-year deal from Oldham. Nanyn, 26, used an opt-out clause in his contract with the National League Two club to move up to Super League. "This is a great opportunity and I cant wait to get started now," said Nanyn, who is a high-scoring kicker. "Moving down to London is a challenge and, as well as playing in Super League, it's something Im really looking forward to experiencing." Nanyn has also played for Swinton, Rochdale, Whitehaven and Widnes. He has beaten the points record at each club and added: "Ive been in the National Leagues for a while now and have been waiting for the chance at Super League." | Mick has backed himself to come to London and have a crack at getting a place in our team Quins head coach Brian McDermott |
