Hall spent just one season in Leeds' academy before being elevated to the first team |
Winger Ryan Hall has signed a new three-year deal with Leeds Rhinos. The 21-year-old's current contract was due to expire at the end of Super League 14, but will now continue to the end of the 2011 season. Hall made his debut in July 2007 and has scored 12 tries in 25 appearances, including one in the 2008 Grand Final. "I am really pleased to have signed a new deal and it gives me a good platform to kick on for the next few years now," said Hall. "I know the coaching staff are expecting a lot from me this year and hopefully I can repay their faith in me." Leeds have been keen to commit their young players to long-term contracts, with internationals Rob Burrow and Danny McGuire both penning new deals earlier this year that will take them up until 2013. Head coach Brian McClennan said: "Ryan is a player of the future. He has got the potential to be one of the top wingers in the competition."
