Green has scored four tries in his first three games for Hull KR |
New Hull KR stand-off Blake Green says the side can cope without fellow Australian Michael Dobson. The Robins scrum-half will miss the next 10 weeks after undergoing surgery to fix an ankle. Green told BBC Radio Humberside: "That's rugby league for you and we're just going to have to deal with it. "He's been playing with that (ankle injury) for the last couple of weeks and we've just got to win as many games as we can without him." Green scored two tries in the 31-18 home defeat by Catalan Dragons in the absence of Dobson at half-back and he had little difficulty in pin-pointing where it all went wrong. He said: "We just didn't show enough respect for the footy. We had some cheap turnovers and had to do a lot of defence which we shouldn't have had to do and it's just taken its toll. "We spoke about completing your sets after you score points but we did not do that and made it tougher for ourselves than it needed to be."
