O'Meley joined Hull from Sydney Roosters in July 2009

Hull FC forward Mark O'Meley has been ruled out of action for three matches with a calf problem.

The 29-year-old picked up the injury during Friday's Super League victory against St Helens.

A scan showed O'Meley had suffered a calf tear which will rule him out of their games with Salford, Huddersfield and Catalans.

He is expected to be back in early July when Hull face Bradford Bulls and Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.

The former Sydney Roosters prop has been an ever-present for the Black and Whites this season, scoring two tries.
