Fa'alogo is in his first season at Huddersfield |
Huddersfield Giants could be without World Cup winner David Fa'alogo for up to two months. The New Zealand forward suffered a recurrence of his hamstring injury during Friday's defeat at St Helens. Giants coach Nathan Brown said: "In the past six years in the Australian NRL he barely missed a game and we're still at a loss as to know what's going on." Fa'alogo, 29, made his comeback from the mystery injury earlier this month after a month out of action. Huddersfield will also be without England prop Eorl Crabtree for the visit of Hull on Sunday after he was ruled out for four weeks with ankle ligament damage. Giants winger Jermaine McGillvary is likely to sit out the game after being concussed in a challenge by Francis Meli at St Helens. The Saints winger was put on report by referee Ben Thaler but the Rugby Football League's review panel have deemed that there was nothing untoward about the tackle. The Giants are still without prop forward Andy Raleigh (neck), loose forward Martin Aspinwall (groin) and centre Paul Whatuira (hamstring).
