A late drop goal by Henry Paul helped clinch a priceless 29-28 victory for Harlequins in a hard-fought encounter against Salford at the Willows. Paul kicked over from 40 metres out with the game heading for a draw.
Salford had looked to have earned the points when Stuart Littler completed his hat-trick in the second half to put his side 28-22 ahead.
But Pat Weisner went over for a try, converted by Rob Purdham, to level the scores before Paul's late winner.
