Bradford moved into third place in the Super League table after running in 10 tries to overpower Harlequins. Marcus St Hilaire's seventh-minute try gave Bradford the lead, although Quins swiftly levelled through Mark McLinden.
The rest of the first half was all Bradford with Stuart Fielden, Shontayne Hape, Marcus Bai, Andy Lynch and Lesley Vainikolo all crossing for a 36-6 lead.
Bradford added four more after the break, while Zeb Luisi and Lee Hopkins grabbed consolation tries for Quins.
Bradford's Paul Deacon kicked nine of his 10 shots at goal to compound the misery for the home side.
Harlequins had pushed Bradford all the way earlier in the season, drawing 18-18 back in February, but the London club were unable to muster the same resistance at the Twickenham Stoop.
Bulls hooker Terry Newton helped make the first try, as his half break released Bai who passed inside for St Hilaire.
Quins responded four minutes later as Luke Dorn's long pass gave McLinden just enough space to get over.
Bradford's powerful pack was proving too much for Harlequins, and Bai took advantage of an overlap to put his side back ahead.
Vainikolo grabbed an interception 30m out to add another on 22 minutes and Lynch added another three minutes later.
Deacon's excellent grubber kick provided the next score for Hape and Fielden ended the scoring for the first half after a clever flat pass from Newton.
Harlequins got the first try of the second half, with Hopkins taking advantage of some disorganisation in Bradford's defensive line.
But there was to be no comeback, with Hape scoring the next with a mixture of pace, power and excellent footwork.
The prolific Vainikolo collected a second, again profiting from a Deacon kick, before Luisi scored another consolation.
Lynch then scored his second, but Pryce completed the scoring for a hugely dominant Bradford.
Harlequins coach Tony Rea: "It was obviously very disappointing - I don't think anyone came out of it looking good.
"The first half was when the game was won and lost.
"There was some weak defence from us in that key part of the game and some indiscipline. We didn't really make a contest of it."
Bradford coach Steve McNamara: "We were pretty ruthless for a spell in the first half - we got hold of the game and we didn't let go of it.
"We focused on one area in offence - our support play - and the guys put in a lot of effort during the week.
"We look a completely different side when we get it right."
