Fletcher in action for the Rabbitohs against the Dragons

Chairman Maurice Lindsay met Fletcher in Sydney and finalised the deal with ex-Gateshead and Hull chief executive Shane Richardson, now at the Rabbitohs.

Fletcher, who also talked to Salford, will join Wigan for next season.

"Wigan is a new challenge but I want to ensure I finish off the season well for Souths and help them to achieve some success this year," he said.
