Vagabonds eased past Oswestry 31-10 at Glencrutchery Road in the South Lancashire-Cheshire Division 1. Vagas took a first-half lead thanks to tries from Leigh Kennaugh, Rob Martin, James Hammal and Jake Coates. Sam Wright kicked a penalty to make up the visitors' points and although they grabbed a consolation try in the second half, they were unable to catch Vagas. Tom Gascoyne finished off Kennaugh's pinpoint pass to seal the game with his side's fifth try. In South Lancashire-Cheshire Division 2, Ramsey were unable to build on last week's performance as they went down 26-12 to Moore. Moore led 19-0 at half time after Ramsey had a poor start. The Manx side came back in the second half with tries from Glyn Hooson-Owen and John Watling plus a conversion from Fintan Cummins. The Douglas v Oldershaw game will be replayed at a later date after the match official failed to show. Elsewhere, the Southern Nomads returned to the top of the Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield with a narrow 22-17 win over neighbours Castletown. Nomads led 7-3 at half-time and hung on to take the points despite a Castletown comeback in the second half. Town's tries came from James Jones and Conor Stephen, with two conversions and a penalty from Sam Peel.
