York City Knights have signed Hull FC winger Dennis Tuffour on a dual-registration contract. The 21-year-old, who is in the Hull first-team squad but has yet to make his debut, will continue to train with the Super League club most of the week. Coach James Ratcliffe told BBC Radio York: "Hopefully he'll give us added competition in the centres and wing. "He's very quick, very strong, knows his way to the line and is defensively quite astute as well." Tuffour becomes the third York dual-contract signing, after Castleford's John Davies and Jordan Thompson. The Knights hope Tuffour will be able to play some part in their games over the Easter weekend.
