Barrow Raiders' victory over Blackpool takes them one point away from leaders Gateshead Thunder with a game in hand. Tries from Martin Ostler, James Nixon and two from Andrew Beattie move the Raiders up to second after their 24-0 victory over Blackpool Panthers. Coach Dave Clark told BBC Radio Cumbria: "We had a poor second half but we got some fresh bodies out there, no injuries and a good end result." "I think we've got to be a bit more professional." Clark admitted to changing the tactics at half-time but it was the performance that left the coach angered. "I was quite frustrated at times," said Clark. "We came into the second half and changed our game plan and players decided to do things that weren't meant to be, from me as a coach. "I don't know what some of the decisions the boys were making out there." However, the coach realises he is missing some key players. "Losing Andy Ellis and Mick Cassidy and what they bring to the game, tonight would have been a different story. "It just shows what depth in the squad you've got and who you've got to rely on, and if we perform like that against York, we'll get beat." The Raiders will look to continue their undefeated streak away to York City Knights on Sunday 22 June (1500 BST).
