Luke Dyer scored twice for the visitors but tries from Paul Crook and Great Britain cap and Pa Jamie Thackery gave hosts Doncaster a half-time lead.
Mark Lennon scored to give the Welsh side the lead and late tries from Josh Hannay and Ian Webster�s earned the Crusaders their 17th straight victory.
The Crusaders now must beat London Skolars on Saturday to qualify for the last 16 as Group Three champions.
