Sinfield: Morley's magic rubbing off

Adrian Morley may be nursing a bad back but that hasn't stopped him from playing a key role for Great Britain ahead of Friday's Test against Australia.

'Mozza' has been appointed unofficial 'leisure manager', ensuring everyone is entertained in the build-up to the game.

Having been with the Sydney Roosters for the last couple of seasons, he should have a lot of local knowledge that will come in useful.

But whether we will be allowed to go everywhere he recommends is another matter.

Mozza is making his presence felt
Mozza may be able to have a drink while he recuperates but we are in training for one of the biggest games of our careers.

And I'm sure David Waite will keep him away from us the day before the game.

But it's good to see Mozza again and I know he will be pleased to be a part of the squad even if he won't be playing.

We've been made very welcome by everyone in Sydney.

We've had a stroll along the Harbour Bridge overlooking the Opera House and been to a fantastic fish restaurant in Watson's Bay.

It really is a wonderful place - no pun intended - made even better by the weather.

I'll be sad to see him go... he has been a great servant to the club
Kevin Sinfield
on Tonie Carroll

It's supposed to be winter here but we are all wearing shorts and t-shirts.

The Aussies think we're mad. Most of them are wearing hats and scarves.

The news has finally come out that Tonie Carroll will be leaving Leeds Rhinos at the end of the season and heading back to the NRL.

I'll be sad to see him go.

He has been a great servant to the club for the past couple of years and I wish him all the best for the future.

With Tonie going, speculation has already begun about his replacement.

Richie Barnett and Chris McKenna, someone who will be on the opposing side on Friday, are just two players that have been mentioned, but I'm sure there will be others as well.
