The National League club are preparing to go to the High Court and hope to come out of administration in April. Featherstone's chairman Glyn Robinson said the news marked the end of a decade attempting to pay off debts. "Today is a historic day in the history of Featherstone Rovers, make no mistake about it," he said. Featherstone officials met with administrator Peter O'Hara and creditors who have accepted the club's voluntary arrangement. "The legacy debt will now be settled leaving us able to go out and trade on a day to day basis," added Robinson. Once the High Court agrees Featherstone's accounts, the club should be poised to come out of administration by the first week of April. | Internet links: The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites Top Rugby League stories now: Links to more Rugby League stories are at the foot of the page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
