Bailey has struggled with a knee injury in recent months

Lincolnshire squash player Tania Bailey continued her latest comeback from injury with an impressive run in the Malaysian Open.

However, the 29-year-old from Stamford was well beaten in the semi-finals, top seed Vanessa Atkinson taking only 29 minutes to win 11-4, 11-1, 11-7.

Bailey conceded:"Vanessa played really well and didn't give me a chance to get into it."

She will next be in action at next month's Irish Open in Dublin.
