Newly-promoted Connect beat Predators by 34-29 on Monday night to claim their first win of the season in the Cornish Netball First Division. The result means that the Predators stay bottom of the table, having lost all three of their opening fixtures. At the other end of the table, leaders Hayle travel to third-placed St Austell 3 on Tuesday night, hoping to maintain their unbeaten record. Second from bottom Bodmin 1 are also in action on Tuesday, away at Penzance.
