Manchester Phoenix have announced the signing of winger Andrew Sharp. The 26-year-old has had spells at Romford, Sheffield and Edinburgh but most recently has been playing in Canada with St Francois de Sherbrooke. Player-coach Tony Hand told the club website: "Andrew has been brought in for his physical presence. He's tough and willing to drop the gloves. "Our better players are being targeted so it's important to bring a guy like that and Andrew will like that role."
