The Belfast Giants completed a double of weekend wins by beating Braehead Clan 4-2 at the Odyssey Arena.

Brad Smyth scored in the opening period but Dominic Noel replied for Braehead, before Smyth found the net in the second period to restore the advantage.

Brendan Cook reduced Braehead's deficit in the third period but goals by Brett Hemingway and Jeff Mason ensured the victory for the Giants.

Belfast beat Dundee Stars 6-4 in the Elite League on Saturday night.

Goals from Colin Shields and Jeff Mason put Belfast ahead but Dan Ceman replied before the end of the first period.

Dan Welch scored for the Giants in the second period before Brent Hughes pulled one back for Dundee.

Jeff Mason and Josh Prudden were among the Giants scorers in the third period while Gary Wishart grabbed a late consolation for the Scottish visitors.
