Romford Raiders have completed the signings of forward pair Steve Paris and Stuart Low.

Low came through the Romford ranks before a short a spell at Invicta Dynamos, while Paris has experience with Streatham and Lee Valley.

Head coach Danny Marshall told the club's website: "There is a mixture of young and older players with the ability to do what is required.

"Fitness has improved immensely during the time they have been training."

He added: "I am more than happy with the squad I am putting together and feel we have a good contingent of players who all will have a role to play."
