Swindon Wildcats have completed their squad for the new season with the capture of netminder James Hadfield. Hadfield is seen as one of the the most promising young players in the country and has represented Great Britain at under-18 level. Swindon head coach Ryan Aldridge told the club's website: "James is a great young prospect. "He is keen to learn and work for his chance and that's been missing since I have been in Swindon." Aldridge added: "Our line-up is about done and I like the way the team is looking. "We have made our defence core stronger and added more strength and depth to our forward line-up. "I am looking forward to the start of the season and I am sure this well be an interesting year for the Wildcats fans."
