Blaze are the current Elite League champions

Coventry Blaze will begin their Continental Cup campaign in the third round of the competition in France later this year.

Having been given a seeding, Blaze's involvement will start at the home of Rouen Dragons.

The two teams will be joined by Latvian champions Liepajas Metalurgs and the winners of the second round group being played in Tilburg, Netherlands.

The winners will go through to the Super Final in Minsk in January 2011.
