Forward Rick Plant has agreed a deal to stay with the Guildford Flames for a 12th season. Plant, 32, has made more than 600 appearances for the EPL outfit. Head coach Paul Dixon said: "Over the years he has been asked to play many roles with the club and he has always replied with a great attitude. "There is almost nothing Rick hasn't accomplished with this team and we are pleased to bring his extensive ability and experience back."
