Beauregard scored 44 goals for Manchester in 2008/09
Nottingham Panthers have signed forward David-Alexandre Beauregard to their roster for next season.
The French-Canadian played in the Elite League two seasons ago with Manchester, and last year split his time between Tulsa (USA) and Valpellice (Italy).
Panthers player coach Corey Neilson told BBC Radio Nottingham: "This is a real coup for us. I have admired David for many seasons.
"It is a mouth-watering prospect to have him in our line-up next season."
Beauregard won the Elite League's Player of the Year in 2008/09, scoring 44 goals and 35 assists for Manchester.
"I was close to joining Nottingham last summer. It is a great organisation and they set the bar high," Beauregard said.
"That's fine with me. I'm thrilled to have signed for the club and can't wait to get started."
