Officials at Manchester Phoenix have confirmed they are considering their budget for next season.

Phoenix reached two cup finals in 2009, yet questions remain over the future of players like David Beauregard who may be tempted away by lucrative offers.

Manager Andy Costigan told the club website: "We're looking at how best we can provide coach Tony Hand with the resources he needs.

"Tony has more than proven his ability to recruit a great squad."
