RBC Maples defeated Airport Jets on Monday in the Jersey Sports Association's Disabled Wheelchair Basketball Challenge. The game was scoreless until the third quarter when the Maples secured the first basket of the tie. Paul Livesey, Brian Rennison and Ali Bond were on target for Maples, with the Jets points coming from Shane Gavey and a Luke De La Haye penalty basket. The next game is between CCV Warriors and JEC Bright Sparks on 28 September.
