The Jersey Special Gymnastics Club put in a strong performance at a national competition on Saturday.

Four competitors claimed three distinctions and one merit at the British Gymnastics Disabilities NDP finals in Poole.

Samantha Godel and Alex Buesnel both secured distinctions and gold medals in their respective classes.

Martyn Miles gained a distinction along with his silver medal, with Harry Smale picking up a bronze medal and a merit.
