Norfolk on target
British quad player Peter Norfolk remains on course for double success at the French Open Wheelchair Championships in Paris.

Norfolk and doubles partner Mark Eccleston reached the final of their event after beating Italian duo Paolo Mazzacani and Giuseppe Polidori 6-0 7-6 in the semi-final.

The top seeds will now face Dutch second seeds Monique De Beer and Bas Van Erp in the final.

Norfolk is also into the semi-finals of the quad singles after beating De Beer 6-1 7-5.

He will now face the unseeded Masao Takashima of Japan in the last four.

British number one Jayant Mistry was beaten in straight sets in the quarter-finals of the men's draw, losing 6-3 6-1 to world number one David Hall of Australia.
