The Albert thrashed The Viking 7-0 on Tuesday to continue their domination of the Men's Southern Darts League.

The Port St Mary team dropped just one leg on their way to a sixteenth straight victory and now lead the Haven A by eight points.

Colin Tyrer was once again in impressive form throwing 15 and 17 dart legs along with an 87 finish.

Meanwhile, the two sides challenging for second place went head to head with The Haven beating The Bay View 5-2.

Elsewhere, in the Ladies league, The Whitestone also opened up an eight point lead with a comfortable 5-2 victory over the second placed Shipwrecks.

Margaret Kelly's 105 checkout helped the league leaders to victory.
