The Lakeside World Professional Darts Championships will feature a new look when they begin on Saturday, 6 January. To mark the 30th anniversary of its partnership with the BBC, the British Darts Organisation event will have a new set and longer players' walk-on.
BDO head Olly Croft said: "It will add to the excitement for the audience."
Also new for 2007 at the Frimley Green venue is a second referee to watch all games from off-stage as a back-up to the on-stage referee-caller.
