Britain's David Millar could not make up enough ground on the final day of the Eneco Tour in the Netherlands to deny victory to Jose Ivan Gutierrez. The Spaniard finished 11 seconds ahead of Millar after he was runner-up in the final day's time trial.
Sweden's Gustav Erik Larsson was third in the overall and stage standings while overnight leader Thomas Dekker dropped down to end up fifth overall.
Britain's Mark Cavendish finished top of the points standings.
Cavendish finished on 74 points, 14 ahead of second-placed Luciano Mendonca of Mexico.
