Lincoln's Billy Jackson is hoping to improve on last year's singles semi-final appearance at the World Indoor Bowls Championships in Norfolk. Jackson, seeded 12th, takes on number five seed Paul Foster on Thursday for a place in the quarter-finals. He told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "We broke onto the world scene together in 1998 and have been there ever since. "Paul's won three world titles and most of the other ones as well at least once, whereas I'm still to get one."
